Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how LoveME Healing, Corp., including Tools for LYFE and its related offerings (collectively, “LoveME Healing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects personal information when you visit our websites, purchase or participate in our products, programs, memberships, or services, or use our digital and artificial-intelligence-enabled experiences, including Mira Thought Partner and the Practicing LYFE App + Mira (collectively, the “Services”).

Different Services may use different technology providers and data-processing environments. This Policy describes those differences where relevant. Third-party platforms may also have their own privacy policies and terms that apply when you use their services.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of information:

  • Contact and account information, such as your name, email address, login or membership information, and other information you provide when creating an account, registering, or contacting us.
  • Transaction and subscription information, such as the product or membership purchased, subscription status, billing frequency, and transaction records. Payment-card information may be processed directly by our payment processors rather than stored by us.
  • Communications and customer-service information, including emails, feedback, questions, support requests, testimonials you choose to provide, and other communications with us.
  • Website and device information, which may include IP address, browser or device information, cookies, usage information, and analytics data collected through our website and service providers.
  • Program and community information you voluntarily provide when participating in our programs, memberships, events, forms, surveys, or communities.
  • AI and reflective-service content. When you use Mira or another interactive Service, you may voluntarily provide conversation text, reflections, ideas, business information, personal observations, uploaded content, practice entries, or other information relevant to the experience.
  • Derived service information. Certain Services may create summaries, tags, patterns, conversation context, or similar information from content you provide in order to deliver and improve the user experience.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We may use personal information to:

  • provide, operate, personalize, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • create and manage accounts, memberships, subscriptions, registrations, and purchases;
  • provide Mira and other AI-enabled features, including conversational responses, reflections, summaries, patterns, prompts, and continuity features;
  • communicate with you about your account, purchases, subscriptions, programs, updates, support requests, and service changes;
  • send marketing or educational communications where permitted by law and according to your communication preferences;
  • understand how our Services are used, troubleshoot problems, protect security, prevent misuse, and improve functionality;
  • comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms & Conditions, and protect our rights and the rights or safety of others; and
  • use feedback and suggestions to improve our products and Services. We will not publicly attribute private feedback or private Mira conversations to you as a testimonial or case study without permission.

3. AI-ENABLED SERVICES AND MIRA

Mira and certain other Services use artificial intelligence technologies. Information you submit may be processed by AI technologies for the purpose of providing the requested experience, including generating conversational responses, reflections, summaries, prompts, patterns, and related features.

We do not treat the substance of a private Mira conversation as a public testimonial or marketing submission merely because you used the Service. We will not publicly use or attribute the substance of your private Mira conversations as testimonials, case studies, or marketing content without your permission.

AI-enabled Services may be delivered through different technical environments. The privacy practices applicable to a particular environment may therefore differ, as described below.

Practicing LYFE App + Mira

The Practicing LYFE App + Mira is operated through a separate application architecture. Based on the current implementation, communications between a user’s browser and the application are protected in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Application data is stored using infrastructure provided by Fly.io and Snowflake, with infrastructure-level encryption at rest. AI processing for this application is currently routed through Snowflake Cortex within the Company’s Snowflake environment.

The application may store conversation text and other user-provided content in readable form at the application layer so that features such as conversation history, summaries, pattern recognition, and contextual recall can function. The underlying storage infrastructure is encrypted at rest; however, we do not represent that every individual data field is separately encrypted at the application level.

We may modify this architecture as the application evolves. Material changes to privacy practices will be reflected in this Policy as appropriate.

Mira Thought Partner

Mira Thought Partner may be delivered through a third-party conversational AI platform. When you access Mira Thought Partner through such a platform, information you enter there is processed within that third-party environment and is also subject to the terms, account settings, and privacy practices of that provider. LoveME Healing does not control all aspects of a third-party platform’s data practices. You should review the applicable provider’s privacy information and account settings before submitting information you consider sensitive or confidential.

Because the technology used to deliver Mira Thought Partner may evolve, we may change providers, models, or platforms over time. We will update this Policy when a material change affects how we collect, use, or disclose personal information.

4. SERVICE PROVIDERS AND THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

We use service providers and technology platforms to operate our business and Services. Depending on the Service you use, these may include website and membership platforms, payment processors, email and communications providers, hosting and infrastructure providers, analytics providers, and AI/model-processing providers.

Kajabi currently supports portions of our website, commerce, membership, and communications infrastructure. Kajabi may process personal information on our behalf in connection with those functions. You can learn more about Kajabi's privacy practices in the Kajabi Privacy Policy.

For AI-enabled Services, additional providers may process information as necessary to deliver the experience. When you independently maintain an account with and access Mira through a third-party platform, that provider may process your information under its own terms and privacy practices.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not sell sensitive personal information.

5. COOKIES, ANALYTICS, AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

Our website and service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, understand website usage, measure performance, and support communications or marketing. The specific cookies and tracking technologies in use may depend on Kajabi and other tools configured on our website. Where required by law, we will provide applicable choices or consent mechanisms.

6. HOW WE PROTECT INFORMATION

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and our Services. Current safeguards for the Practicing LYFE App include encrypted network connections, protected credential storage, password hashing, infrastructure-level encryption at rest, signed sessions, access controls, and login rate limiting.

No method of electronic transmission, storage, or security is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Security practices and technologies may change as our Services evolve.

7. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain accounts and business records, meet legal, tax, accounting, security, and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the Service involved, the purpose for which it was collected, and the capabilities or requirements of our service providers.

Conversation history, summaries, context, files, or other information associated with AI-enabled Services may not always be portable between platforms or recoverable after deletion, cancellation, technical changes, or platform migration. [ATTORNEY/OPERATIONS REVIEW: add specific retention periods or criteria where required and once operational practices are finalized.]

8. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES AND RIGHTS

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information, which may include rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information, and rights concerning certain forms of data sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling.

To make a privacy request, contact us using the information in the Contact Us section below. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some information may be retained where permitted or required by law, including for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or contractual purposes.

If applicable law provides a right to appeal our response to a privacy request, you may submit an appeal using the same contact method and identify the request as a privacy appeal. [ATTORNEY REVIEW: confirm state-specific rights, appeal process, and whether a separate “Your Privacy Rights” mechanism is required based on Company size, processing thresholds, and tracking practices.]

9. EMAIL AND MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in those messages. We may still send non-marketing communications that are necessary to administer your account, purchases, subscriptions, or Services.

10. AGE ELIGIBILITY

Mira and our AI-enabled Services are intended for individuals age 18 and older. We do not knowingly offer these AI-enabled Services to children under 18.

11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

Our Services may contain links to or integrate with websites, applications, platforms, or services operated by third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Policy. We encourage you to review those policies before providing personal information.

12. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy as our business, technology, Services, or legal obligations evolve. We will update the “Last updated” date when we make changes. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice of material changes and any opportunity to exercise choices regarding materially different processing.

13. WHEN WE MAY DISCLOSE INFORMATION

We may disclose personal information to service providers that help us operate our business and provide the Services; when required by law or legal process; when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, or security of LoveME Healing, our users, or others; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.
