What are you being asked to notice this month?
We share a monthly practice guide for people staying connected to themselves while life is happening.
Explore real-life moments to practice with and an invitation to join us live. Because staying connected to yourself changes everything.
This Month's Invitation:
Notice Who You Become
Stay in Relationship with Yourself
You know that moment
when you find yourself...
avoiding conflict, staying quiet, seeking approval, over-explaining or slipping into an old role?
That moment is a practice whether you recognize it or not.
We often think relationships are about other people. But relationships are also one of the clearest mirrors we have.
They show us what we're practicing...
Honesty or pleasing
Voice or silence
Presence or performance
Caring or carrying
Boundaries or resentment
Listening or fixing
Every relationship gives us an opportunity to notice how we're meeting ourselves while we're meeting someone else.
The goal isn't to become the same person in every relationship or to say everything we're thinking. It's to notice when staying connected to someone else begins to require disconnecting from ourselves — and to discover another way.
That's the invitation to become curious.
So what can you practice instead?

Month by month. Moment by moment.
That's the practice.
Momentum isn't about doing more - it's about moving with intention and grace through every season of life.
That insight shaped our archive of Momentum Maker magazines. You recognized yourself in those pages. You understood what you wanted.
But understanding isn't staying.
Practicing LYFE is what happens when insight meets real life.
- When you're in the difficult conversation and your impulse is to leave
- When you're holding everything together and nobody notices
- When the pressure shows up and autopilot takes over
Those moments—the messy middle moments where life is actually testing what you know—those are where the practice lives.
Practicing LYFE helps you:
- Notice the signal before autopilot takes over
- Stay with yourself instead of abandoning yourself
- Choose from awareness instead of reaction
- Move through seasons with genuine intention, not forced momentum
Because over time, staying connected to yourself in these moments changes how you live, lead, relate, and move through the world.
